Free Shipping on All USA Orders

We offer free standard shipping on all orders shipped within the contiguous United States. There is no minimum order value. Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout — no coupon code required.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays) after payment is confirmed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or high-demand periods (holidays, peak season). We are not responsible for carrier delays once your order has shipped.

Oversize and Freight Shipping

Certain products — including kayaks, large canvas bell tents, and other oversized equipment — ship via freight carrier rather than standard parcel carriers. Freight shipments are curbside delivery unless liftgate service is arranged. The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to receive freight deliveries.

Freight-shipped items are subject to the shipping terms of our vendors (Vibe Kayaks, White Duck Outdoors, and Jupiter Gear). If you have questions about freight delivery for a specific product, contact us before placing your order.

Geographic Restrictions

We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, PO boxes, or international addresses at this time.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, contact us at support@outpostgears.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
