By accessing outpostgears.com or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this site.

3. Products and Pricing

We sell outdoor gear including tents, kayaks, roof racks, and portable power stations. All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct pricing errors. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you before processing payment and give you the option to cancel.

4. Payment

Full payment is required at the time of order. We accept major credit and debit cards processed securely through Stripe. By submitting your order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

5. Order Acceptance

Receipt of an order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including for reasons of product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. If your order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Palassi LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or purchase of products. Our total liability for any claim related to a product or order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that product.

All content on this website — including text, images, and design — is owned by Palassi LLC or licensed from our vendors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Natrona County, Wyoming.
